Didn't sleep well last night and really starting to feel it. Waking up my eyes felt so heavy. If I wasnt having so much fun at class I would have the day off. But Im going to be strong and go in!
What do you guys do when you have issues sleeping?
Cold medicine seems to really knock me out at night, but this I start feeling like I actually have a cold. I just tough out most days that I get really bad sleeps.
I just do some relaxtation excersizes. Mostly it's because you are thinking of too much. I imagine my head is filled with smoke, which are my thoughts. Then I imagine using a big vacuum cleaner to suck all that smoke out. You'll find that your head is suddenly clear.
Occasionally I take OTC sleeping tablets, which work about 30-60 minutes after taking them. Otherwise, get comfortable and eventually you will fall asleep. It's a mathematical certainty.
When I have issues sleeping, I try and drink some hot water or milk, not spend too much time in front of the computer because it stimulates your mind a lot, and just relax, breathe in some fresh air, and go to bed with a clear mind!

I either take some Melatonin, which is a cheap and natural sleep aid, or I turn on the tv and drift to sleep watching a favorite dvd.
